Tuesday morning we packed up and drove to St. Louis. We drove right to the arch and it was a highlight for sure. We had some time before our scheduled time so we walked around. We watched the video about make the arch and then went up.
After the arch we meet up with some people Steve wanted to visit at cici's pizza.
We stayed in Chesterfield that night and then drove to Carthage the next morning.
It was our first taste of Nauvoo like settings and it was fun!
After Carthage we drove another 30 minutes to Nauvoo. We caught Tami at the visitors center. Hugs all around! It was so fun to see her!
She walked us around the visitors center, we walked through the women's garden and took some pictures, she took us to the stone quarry and taught us about what it took to do the stone work for the temple.
