Day 2 we got up and went to see the horses being fed and harnessed up for the day.
We also got to go to the Red Brick Store, The Smith Homestead, and Smith Family Cemetery.
We hit up the blacksmith shop
Carriage ride. Caleb fell asleep.
We went to Tami's spot for the day. Wilford and Phoebe Woodruff home. She does a character encounter of Phoebe Woodruff. It was fun to see her in character.
The kids really did well but we for sure had to adjust our expectations and just go with the flow.
We took an afternoon break and then came back and watched the Sunset on the Mississippi and it was so fun!
After the Sunset we walked around the temple to finish off the day!
The next day we packed up our Airbnb and then went into Nauvoo to hit up some last minute things. Tami's spot that day was another character encounter at the Riser Boot shop.
We then said our goodbyes to Tami! We love this Lady and can't wait to have her back in Logan!
We headed for Adam-ondi-Ahman. We stopped and ate lunch at a park.
Stopped and looked at Adam-ondi-Ahman. Walked around a bit
Continued onto Far West.
