1st day at sea

Our first day was spent at sea. So we had plenty of time to just explore the ship and of course eat food! :)

They had an art auction that day so we decided to go check it out just for fun. We didn't buy anything but it was fun to see all the art.

That day they also had a show you could go to called "Hasbro, the game show" We went and it was really fun! Basically they turn the theater into a "Hollywood TV filming studio" and they get people from the audience to come play on this "game show."

They played connect four with basketballs.

Guess who got on the show......yup this guy!

He played "Simon Flash" I videoed the whole thing but it takes forever to upload videos on here so i'll just tell you about it with pictures. Steve was on the blue team and they ended up winning their game.

So they got to pick what was called "Monopoly banking card" Steve picked the battleship.

They then went and sat on what was called "winners row" Then they would all come up and they would tell them the point value of their card. Steve's was worth 29,000 points and he WON!

He won a bunch of travel size games and then a $150 gift card to hasbrogames.com. We just ordered our games and we can't wait to get them all :) I think a game night is in store. It was a highlight of our day.

While we were sitting out in the sun this couple from Washington D.C. that were sitting a couple chairs down from us kind of started freaking out. We looked over to see what was going on and they were looking back and forth at the sun in the west and the moon in the east. They thought it was crazy that they could be up at the same time. They had never seen that before :) The wife thought the moo was like an astroid or something!

They had these weird lady statues at the bottom of each stair case. They just creeped us out :)

That night they had a "elegant night" so we dressed up a little.

Oh the butter and the dinner bread was so good!

Our Dinner:

Jileisa - Strawberry Bisque
Fried Chicken
Vanilla and Carmel pastry

Steve - Spicy Alligator fritters
Spaghetti Carbonara
Sorbet scoops

Our towel animal:
