The one where we find a house!

During Christmas our soon to be house came on the market! It showed up on Christmas while we were in Twin but then a day or two later went off market. We had talked to our realtor about seeing on Friday and had plans to see it Monday.

So Monday it still wasn't on the market but our realtor never let us know anything different so we went and found out there was an offer on it but it ended up falling through so we snatched it up!

Its an older home built in 1977 and its affectionally known as "the ugly brown house" but there was just something about it.

We closed on January 25th and got keys January 26th and moved in January 30th while it was snowing so hard. We got like 8 inches of snow overnight. We are so excited! I'll post pictures once I get things unpacked.
