Moving on...

We are excited to announce that we are buying a house!

Let me assure you there is no snow in the yard now :) Even though we did get a little bit of snow last night.

We are in the process of closing right now and should be closed on May 6th, 6 days! We are still freaking out about this adult decision! :)

Our lease for our apartment is up the end of May so after that we will officially be moved in :) We've been thinking about this, budgeting for this, and researching this since before we even moved to Idaho Falls.

The middle of February we really started looking into it and found out a friend from Steve's work was getting her relators license in March and could show us houses.  We had seen pictures of this house and I really liked it before we even saw it in person. When we did see it we liked it even more! After some contemplating, and deciding not much will compare with this house, we made an offer and the papers were signed and accepted a week later. It happened a  LOT faster than we thought it would but we felt like it was the right time and we are in love with the house!

The middle of April we went to sacrament meeting at our soon to be new ward, just to check it out :) We ended up sitting by one of my mom's friends from college. My family had hung out with her family a couple times and thought it was so funny that of all the wards and all the people we could have sat by it was them. So we can say we know one family in our new ward :)

We are feeling so blessed and grateful to have this opportunity and that things have gone so smoothly.
